I always send a final drawn up design for approval before starting the actual build.

Please allow up to 8 weeks after design approval until it is ready to be shipped. I try my best to get these out as fast as possible, but I cannot guarantee faster than 8 weeks. That being said, I cannot guarantee these to be ready in time for Christmas.
